How are you feeling? We need you to be honest and open with us to enable you to get the most from your sessions. During your counselling experience we hope that we can build a trusting relationship so that you feel safe and confident discussing your worries.
Counselling is not a quick fix. We won’t tell you what to do. We will travel on your journey with you.
What happens next?
